EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

At Villalon, we want your experience to be safe and delightful.
Therefore, we fully comply with the Consumer Protection Code.

1. Exchanges

Exchanges can be requested within 7 calendar days of receipt.

The jewelry must be:

  • Without signs of use

  • In original packaging

  • With tag and invoice

Personalized and custom-made pieces are not eligible for exchange.

2. Return due to Regret

You may request a return within 7 calendar days, as per law.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

3. Manufacturing Defects

If your jewelry has a defect, we will perform a technical analysis.
Once the problem is confirmed, we will repair or exchange it at no cost.

4. Reverse Logistics

We will send you a shipping code.
The jewelry must be returned properly packaged and protected.

WARRANTY

All Villalon jewelry comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.

Problems resulting from misuse, impacts, drops, contact with chemical products, or natural wear and tear are not covered.

 

JEWELRY CARE

To preserve the shine and longevity of your pieces:

  • Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, and chemical products

  • Remove jewelry for bathing, swimming, going to the gym, and household cleaning

  • Store individually to avoid scratches

  • Clean gently with a soft cloth

  • We ship throughout Brazil

  • Delivery time is calculated automatically based on the ZIP code

  • You will receive the tracking code after payment approval

  • In case of carrier delays, our team will monitor until delivery
